How does booking on RedSeaOccasions work?
Send a free request to any vendor with your date and guests. The vendor replies with a quotation; when you accept it you pay a deposit through the platform and your date is reserved.
How much is the deposit?
Usually 30% of the quotation. The vendor may ask for a different deposit – you always see the amount before you pay. The balance is paid before the event.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. You pay RedSeaOccasions by card, InstaPay or bank transfer, and we release the money to the vendor after your event. Card payments are processed by certified payment providers; we never store card numbers.
Can I plan a small celebration at home?
Of course. From a cozy gathering of 40 to a Red Sea wedding for 600 – choose “Home gathering” in the planner or see our Home Celebration package.
What is a Pearl Pick?
Pearl Picks are featured vendors with excellent reviews, highlighted on the home page and at the top of search results.
Can I cancel a booking?
You can cancel a request or quotation any time before paying. After the deposit, the vendor’s cancellation terms in your quotation apply. Contact us and we will help.
Do you plan destination weddings for guests from abroad?
Yes. Our planners and partners arrange hotel blocks, airport transfers and welcome dinners in Hurghada, El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, Marsa Alam and Sharm El Sheikh.
I am a vendor. How do I join?
Register on Become a Vendor, complete your profile, photos and packages. Our team reviews new vendors within one working day. Start free and upgrade to Pearl or Queen for lower commission and more visibility.
